Function as the Company Insurance, Surety Bonds, Certificate of Insurance, and Renewal Application data acquisition, reporting, and preparation of underwriting applications.

Job Description

The specialist will interact collaboratively with company Holding Company affiliate companies, vendors, and public entities securing the specified data for our insurance application submissions. Constructive interaction with our brokers.

ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Creating and tracking Insurance renewal forms and online application forms, analyzing, and entering insurance data, issuing certificates of insurance, researching information, assisting in the renewal processes, and maintaining the insurance filing system.
  • Deploying our SharePoint system when creating applications, data entry, binder, and policy management.
  • Corresponding with internal and external sources gathering and confirming insurance application and insurance underwriter requests.
  • Compiling Certificate of Insurance terms, limits, endorsements, and named insureds for company projects, events, and compliance requirements.
  • Assist in scheduling those recurring broker open items, market updates, and quote reviews.
  • Secure real property replacement values for our property insurance program.
  • Secure and document those company vehicle VIN numbers, licensing and location data for fleet vehicles covered under company policies.
  • Assist with the data creation and transfer process into Riskonnect RIM's Program.
  • Assisting Manager and in various projects and assignments and providing cross coverage for other Staff Specialist as needed.
