Job description

Are you ready to start your career with a company that offers growth, challenge and a commitment to excellence? Axle Trucking Insurance is a commercial insurance agency with a positive team environment located and is seeking a CSR (Customer Service Representative) to join our growing team!

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

Provide administrative support to the Insurance Producer on a day-to-day basis. Collect new account information and enter it into our Agency Management System. Complete insurance applications, prepare proposals etc. and manage customer files, Follow up with clients and insurance companies on proposal and quotes and provide additional information where needed. Be prepared to take many requests throughout the workday and be able to follow directions very closely with minimal supervision. Post close follow up with customers and insurance companies. Receive calls from clients, process customer service requests and service accounts for the Producer as needed. Experience in a Property/Casualty Insurance Preferred but not required - Or More Generally in an office Environment. Basic administrative skills such as typing proficiency, basic computer skills, and the ability to communicate effectively are essential in this position. Data entry Being organized is the key to success in this position.

Qualifications

Positive Attitude Effective communication, interpersonal and organizational skills in person and on the phone. Attention to detail and the ability to multitask is essential. Proficient computer skills and the ability to master our Salesforce management system. Proficient with Microsoft Excel Word & Outlook and Acrobat. Commercial insurance experience a PLUS Willingness to learn. Position will be based out of the Doral, FL office, start date As soon As possible.
