Role Overview

NewRocket is seeking an AI Data Intelligence Lead to design and build AI-powered capabilities that modernize enterprise data and transform it into AI-ready operational context.

This role focuses on applying machine learning, generative AI, and advanced data engineering techniques to enrich, harmonize, and optimize enterprise data. These capabilities enable agentic AI systems, intelligent automation, and enterprise AI platforms to operate on trusted, contextual, and continuously improving data.

As part of the AI Foundry within NewRocket's AI Center of Excellence, this role will help establish the AI Data Readiness layer of the NewRocket Intelligence Platform, enabling scalable AI deployments across enterprise environments including ServiceNow and other operational platforms.

Key Responsibilities

  • AI Data Intelligence
  • Design and implement AI-driven systems that improve enterprise data quality through:
  • AI-powered data enrichment and inference
  • Entity resolution and fuzzy matching
  • Automated classification and taxonomy generation
  • Anomaly detection and data quality monitoring
  • Achema mapping and data harmonization across datasets
  • AI Data Architecture
  • Design modern data platforms that support AI systems, including:
  • Semantic indexing and embeddings
  • Knowledge graphs and ontology frameworks
  • AI-ready data pipelines and enrichment layers
  • Real-time ingestion and contextualization of enterprise data
  • Integrate AI data intelligence capabilities across enterprise systems such as ServiceNow, ERP, CRM, and operational platforms.
  • AI Data Lineage & Observability
  • Establish enterprise capabilities for:
  • AI data lineage and traceability
  • Data provenance across AI pipelines
  • Observability of data quality and enrichment accuracy
  • Explainability and auditability for AI-driven systems
  • Product & Platform Development
  • Translate data intelligence concepts into scalable capabilities including:
  • Reusable data modernization frameworks
  • AI-powered data enrichment services
  • Internal accelerators and intellectual property
  • Client-ready data intelligence solutions
  • Cross-Team Collaboration

Required Experience

  • 8+ years in data engineering, machine learning, or AI-driven data platforms
  • Experience building AI-powered data pipelines or data intelligence systems
  • Strong background in:
  • enterprise data modeling and architecture
  • large-scale data processing
  • Machine learning applied to data systems
  • Experience with technologies such as:
  • Python
  • ML frameworks
  • vector databases
  • knowledge graphs
  • Modern data platforms (Databricks, Snowflake, etc.)
  • Preferred Experience
  • Experience applying LLMs or generative AI to enterprise data systems
  • Experience with semantic retrieval or RAG architecture
  • Familiarity with ServiceNow data models (CMDB, workflow data, knowledge systems)
  • Experience in integrating AI solutions with ServiceNow or other enterprise workflow platforms
  • Experience building data platforms or reusable AI accelerators
