Data Analyst
Job Summary:
In this role you will assist members, staff, and third parties with general aspects of business intelligence/data analytics and associated support for the Credit Union. Assist credit union members and other branches/departments with business intelligence and data analytics related actions. Design, develop, test, deploy and enhance custom data structures, datasets, analytics dashboards, and reporting solutions. Utilizing agile development methodology, deliver high quality, accurate and secure solutions in a timely and professional manner.
Salary: $78,000.00-$98,000.00 Yearly Depending on Experience
Location: Tucson, AZ, this is an in-person position based at our Tucson office

Key Responsibilities:
  • Participate in designing, developing, testing, deploying, maintaining, and enhancing custom data structures, datasets, analytics dashboards, automated routines, and reporting solutions.
  • Participate in the gathering and analysis of user requirements to define solution objectives and requirements.
  • Participate in the support of development tools, environments, automation, and products.
  • Promote and participate in the development and use of AI datasets, implementations, and solutions.
  • Participate in project planning and execution with minimal oversight.
  • Increase knowledge of industry standards, best practices, trends, and new technologies.
  • Assist other departments with superior service and professionalism in a timely manner.
  • Assist team members and users with application development related requirements and testing.
  • Provide proactive support and knowledge sharing

Qualifications:
Required Skills:
  • Minimum one - three years of experience:
  • Developing, implementing, and maintaining databases, tables, procedures, views, and automation in a related database environment (SQL, Snowflake, etc.).
  • Working with business intelligence tools such as Microsoft Power BI, SAP Business Objects and Salesforce Tableau
  • Providing proactive and superior service
