What You’ll Do
Strategic Partner

  • Build strong, multi-project client relationships.
  • Provide strategic guidance for major project pursuits and long-term accounts.
Business Consultant
  • Align architectural strategy with business and market objectives.
  • Support Business Development with proposals, presentations, and positioning.
  • Identify opportunities for service and design innovation.
Department Leader
  • Oversee workload planning, staffing, and performance.
  • Maintain design standards, QA/QC processes, and best practices.
  • Mentor architects and designers; support licensure and career growth.
  • Resolve complex technical, code, and constructability challenges.
