You will play a key role in creating a trusted single source of truth for business reporting and ensuring that users can confidently access and understand enterprise data.

Responsibilities
  • Define and drive the organization’s data strategy, ensuring alignment with business goals and long‑term scalability
  • Design, build, and own the end‑to‑end data platform, including data pipelines, storage, semantic layers, and reporting models
  • Establish and maintain a trusted single source of truth for key business metrics across systems
  • Work directly with executives and business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into scalable data solutions
  • Partner with business leaders to define, standardize, and align reporting metrics with organizational goals
  • Design, develop, and optimize Power BI dashboards, semantic models, and governed datasets to enable self‑service analytics
  • Build and maintain enterprise data models, metadata frameworks, and a comprehensive data dictionary to improve data accessibility and understanding across the organization
  • Design, develop, and maintain robust ETL/ELT pipelines and integrations across multiple business systems
  • Optimize data systems and architecture for performance, scalability, reliability, and cost efficiency
  • Ensure data quality, integrity, governance, and security across the organization, including compliance considerations where applicable
  • Establish standards and best practices for data modeling, ETL/ELT development, reporting, governance, and documentation
  • Influence and promote data best practices across teams and stakeholders without direct authority
  • Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to align data architecture with operational and strategic business objectives
  • Evaluate and recommend new tools, technologies, and approaches to enhance the organization’s data ecosystem
  • Manage multiple initiatives and ensure delivery of high‑quality, scalable solutions within agreed timelines
Skills and Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field
  • Minimum of 7+ years of experience in data architecture, data engineering, business intelligence, or a similar role
  • Strong hands‑on experience with Power BI, including semantic modeling, DAX, dataset design, and dashboard/report development
  • Deep hands‑on expertise in ETL/ELT architecture, design, and implementation
  • Strong experience designing and building enterprise data warehouses and scalable data platforms
  • Strong SQL skills and experience working with large, complex datasets
  • Proven experience establishing data standards, governance frameworks, and reporting best practices
  • Experience creating and maintaining enterprise data dictionaries and metadata frameworks
  • Experience defining and implementing trusted reporting metrics and semantic layers
  • Experience with Salesforce data models and data structures – nice to have
  • Strong understanding of data governance, data quality, security, and compliance best practices
  • Proven ability to translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, including experience working directly with executive leadership
  • Ability to communicate complex technical concepts clearly to non‑technical audiences
  • Self‑starter with the ability to operate effectively in a hands‑on, fast‑paced environment
