About the Role

What You'll Do
  • Support Journeymen and Masters on commercial electrical installations.
  • Learn tools, materials, methods, and NEC on real jobs — not just in a classroom.
  • Bend conduit, pull cable, terminate, and troubleshoot under supervision.
  • Keep the jobsite safe, clean, and organized.
  • Advance toward Journeyman with a clear scoreboard for every year of the apprenticeship.
Required Qualifications
  • Enrolled in or eligible for a state-registered electrical apprenticeship program.
  • Reliable, coachable, and safety-conscious.
  • Willing to learn NEC, tools, and jobsite conduct.
  • Ability to be on jobsite on time, every day.
Preferred Experience
  • Any prior commercial construction experience.
  • Basic hand-tool proficiency.
  • OSHA 10.
Compensation

$21–$32/hr DOE by apprenticeship year. Top-of-market pay for the best trainees in Texas.
