The Agentic AI Senior Training Specialist provides an exceptional learning experience, facilitating blended learning for the AGI-DS org. The role requires the ability to support planning, scheduling, coordination and execution of end-to-end training. The Agentic AI Senior Training Specialist will work closely with the Training Manager to track and drive completion of training reporting and task completion through different tools and platforms and support AI Agentic Trainees to do the same. Agentic AI Senior Training Specialists also work to identify areas of improvement at a site level and to drive innovation within training approaches, with the goal to scale these innovations to the wider, global network.
Key job responsibilities
Training Delivery & Facilitation
• Deliver classroom training in accordance with approved curriculum standards and learning objectives
• Maintain current theoretical and practical proficiency across all assigned training programs
• Demonstrate subject matter expertise by remaining current on relevant tools, processes, procedures, and instructional methodologies
Learning Environment Management
• Cultivate and maintain an organized, productive, and inclusive learning environment conducive to trainee success
• Monitor and assess trainee performance on an ongoing basis to identify development opportunities and implement targeted interventions
• Provide timely coaching, constructive feedback, and performance support to ensure optimal trainee outcomes
Stakeholder Communication & Reporting
• Communicate trainee engagement levels and performance metrics to the Training Manager, highlighting areas requiring attention
• Share batch-specific observations and insights to enable proactive corrective measures
• Provide regular progress updates to relevant stakeholders regarding ongoing training initiatives and resource requirements
Administrative & Systems Management
• Administer learning management systems, including trainee enrollment, scheduling, and technical troubleshooting
• Generate and distribute training reports in accordance with established templates and quality standards
• Maintain accurate documentation of training activities and outcomes
Continuous Improvement
• Collect and analyze feedback on training program effectiveness through surveys, observations, and direct assessment
• Synthesize feedback and share actionable insights with relevant stakeholders to drive program enhancement
• Develop, document, and implement process improvements to elevate training quality across the network
Collaborative Support
• Partner with the Training Manager on strategic initiatives to optimize training delivery and team performance
• Execute delegated responsibilities that contribute to broader training objectives and organizational goals
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent
- Experience in a training role, including technical training, or a mix of training, performance management and coaching/mentoring, or experience in facilitating
- Experience working independently and collaborating effectively in a remote team environment
- Skilled in and can demonstrate experience with planning, creating, implementing, delivering and assessing various types of training
- Communication skills for the purpose of knowledge transfer and skill development, including explaining technical topics to novices and collaborating with subject matter experts and managers
- Experience with one-to-many and one-to-one communication skills in both classroom and tutorial settings
- Knowledge of adult learning and training practices
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Experience in natural language data labeling, data annotation, linguistic annotation or other forms of data markup
- Experience using GenAI tools
- Familiarity with critical concepts such as Python, scripting language, data structures etc
- Experience in ML, with a strong understanding of data annotation/ML workflows and concepts
- Demonstrated working knowledge of eLearning development tools such as Captivate, Articulate Studio/Storyline, Camtasia, Adobe Photoshop/Illustrator
- Ability to use multiple learning methods and link appropriate methods with subject matter
- Experience working with a globally distributed management organization

The base salary range for this position is listed below. Your Amazon package will include sign-on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs).
