Title: Project Manager, Post Market Data Insights
Location: Acton, MA

Overview:
Lead end to end project management of Power BI dashboard initiatives supporting post market surveillance, from intake and requirements definition through deployment and ongoing optimization.
• Manage dashboard intake pipeline and prioritization, ensuring alignment with business-critical post market deliverables.
• Define project scope, timelines, and deliverables;proactively manage risks, dependencies, and resource allocation across post market, data engineering/analytics, and validation teams.
• Provides support in making strategic and tactical data-related decisions by analyzing, manipulating, tracking, internally managing, and reporting post-market surveillance data and leading and supporting post-market projects through a methodical approach of planning, executing, and tracking project deliverables from start to finish.
• Works collaboratively with the Post-Market Surveillance leadership team and other functions as needed to address key safety, quality, and compliance questions using the appropriate tools/skills to derive the best answers, to help drive required actions, and ensure project progress and success.
• The Project Manager will be expected to provide insight and recommendations based on analysis involving data, systems, and performance. This individual will identify opportunities for improvement within existing processes, partner on the development of reporting tools to support objectives, deliver analysis, track performance and productivity.
• Additionally, the Project Manager may be asked to support post-market compliance by (a) assessing the need for new or revised procedures/instructions and/or corrections or corrective actions and (b) helping to drive these changes forward;and (c) leading or supporting non-routine/high-impact requests for additional information (RFAI) related to vigilance.
Responsibilities:
• Oversee execution of dashboard development lifecycle, including data sourcing, modeling, visualization design, and automation workflows.
• Coordinate cross-functional workstreams between Databricks/data engineering and Power BI development to ensure scalable, validated data pipelines.
• Track progress against milestones;provide regular status updates, escalation management, and stakeholder communications.
• Facilitate structured requirements gathering (BRD/URS) with cross functional stakeholders (Quality, Regulatory, Medical, Engineering) to define KPIs, business rules, and reporting needs.
• Translate business and regulatory requirements into clear, actionable technical specifications for dashboard development teams.
• Ensure completeness, traceability, and clarity of requirements aligned with GxP and validation expectations.
• Responsible for planning and tracking project performance in relation to short- and long-term goals and keeping actions on schedule.
• Aid in the preparation and delivery of status updates to management and other stakeholders.
• Create meeting agenda, coordinate meetings, and drive meeting minutes and actions.
• Lead iterative review cycles with business stakeholders to validate dashboard outputs, usability, and alignment to intended use.
• Incorporate structured feedback into backlog and enhancement roadmap;manage change control while maintaining project timelines.
• Ensure alignment between initial requirements and delivered outputs, including KPI definitions, filters, and visualization logic.
• Coordinate validation activities including UAT, test case execution, and documentation readiness in compliance with QMS and GxP standards.
• Partner with IT Validation and Quality teams to ensure dashboards meet validation, security, and audit requirements prior to release.
• Maintain traceability between requirements, development, and validation artifacts.
• Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and consistency across dashboards by enforcing standardized definitions, controlled datasets, and validation checks.
• Drive adoption of best practices in data modeling, KPI standardization, and reporting governance across PMS analytics.
• Monitor dashboard performance, refresh schedules, and data pipelines to ensure delivery of timely and reliable insights.
• Establish scalable processes, tools, and workflows (e.G., intake forms, tracking dashboards, automation) to streamline dashboard delivery lifecycle.
• Lead post-deployment monitoring, issue resolution, and continuous improvement initiatives for existing dashboards.
• Enable self-service analytics through training, documentation, and stakeholder enablement.
• Adhere to all regulatory agency standards, company quality standards, and corporate policies.
• Perform other duties as required.
Education and Experience:
Minimum Requirements:

• Bachelor's Level Degree
• 5+ years of demonstrated experience in post-market surveillance, quality assurance, regulatory compliance, data analysis/analytics or data reporting, and/or project management in the medical device and/or life sciences industry.
• Advanced PowerBI expertise required.
• Experience with Azure Databricks is a plus.
• Strong organizational skills.
• Ability to analyze problems and develop solutions.
• Ability to effectively communicate both internally and externally.
• Ability to foster teamwork, to work cooperatively and effectively with team members and to influence without authority. Positive, results driven, rational, logical, team player.
• Demonstrated flexibility and ability to function in a fast-paced, growth industry and work environment. Ability to accurately execute multiple tasks and prioritize effectively with high attention to detail and drive for getting results.

• Working knowledge of MS Office products, Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint and project management software.
• Ability to understand medical/clinical and technical aspects of product.
• Knowledgeable of Medical Device Regulations.
