Now Hiring: IT Manager in Schofield, WI
Position Summary
The IT Manager leads all aspects of the organization's technology infrastructure, ensuring systems are secure, efficient, and aligned with business needs. This role drives IT strategy, oversees day-to-day operations, and partners across departments to deliver reliable, scalable technology solutions.
Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and support all IT systems including ERP, infrastructure, hardware, software, and network operations across the organization
  • Develop and execute IT strategies, policies, and best practices to improve performance, security, and scalability
  • Oversee major IT initiatives such as system upgrades, migrations, and technology implementations
  • Manage IT vendors and service providers while evaluating new technologies to drive continuous improvement
  • Ensure data security, backups, disaster recovery planning, and system integrity across all platforms
  • Maintain IT budgets, track assets, and identify opportunities for cost savings and operational efficiencies

Qualifications
