· Collaborate with engineering, quality, supply chain, and business leadership to define scopes, align resources, and achieve operational milestones against the IMS.

· Identify gaps or disconnects in execution, drive root-cause analysis, and implement continuous improvement processes.

· Monitor program budgets, review capital/operational expenditure requests, and oversee resource allocation.

· Analyze operational data and KPIs (such as SQDCP: Safety, Quality, Delivery, Cost, People) to present status updates to senior leadership and executives.

· Proactively assess program risks, identify critical paths, and execute actionable mitigation plans to completion.

Required Qualifications & Skills

o Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Industrial Technology, Supply Chain, Business Administration, or a related technical field.

o Currently possess a U.S. Secret security clearance.

· Experience:

o 5 to 10+ years of total experience in manufacturing, technical operations, or program management in a high-volume or complex matrix environment.

o Demonstrated experience taking products or solutions from early development/NPI through production release.

o Proven experience identifying and troubleshooting problems while developing and implementing process improvements that result in cohesion and streamlined coordination across disciplines.

· Technical Competencies:

o Proficiency with project scheduling and collaboration tools (e.g., MS Project, Jira, Confluence, Gantt charts, Excel).

o Strong understanding of Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) and Engineering Change Orders (ECO).

o Excellent written and verbal communication skills with executive presence.

o High-level analytical, problem-solving, and conflict-resolution abilities within matrixed teams.

Preferred Qualifications

· Experience with specialized industry tools or domain-specific manufacturing processes (e.g., Earned Value Management, automotive/defense supply chains, or hardware systems).

· Demonstrated experience leading the transition to production readiness, focusing on process optimization, operational excellence, continuous improvement, design for manufacturability (DFM) and supply chain stability.

· Strong quality management acumen, capable of breaking down complex problems to drive schedule attainment and mitigation to ensure programs are delivered on time and budget.
