Job description

The position is located in the Resource Management Group in the Central Service Center, Mission Support Service Unit (AJV). This group is responsible for ensuring seamless support throughout the Service Area on issues related to workforce planning, allocation of staffing resources, performance and training.

Qualifications:

Candidates must have one year (52 weeks) of specialized experience equivalent to the (FV-J or FG/GS14) level that is typically in or related to the line of work of the position to be filled and which has equipped the applicant with the particular knowledge, skills, and abilities to perform successfully the work of the position to be filled. To be creditable, specialized experience must have been at least equivalent to the next lower level in the normal line of progression for the occupation in the organization.

Specialized experience includes:

-Experience in the application of program management principles to develop plans, tasks, milestone dates, and schedules to ensure the timely coordination of activities and effective tracking of processes and costs throughout the program or project life cycle.

- Experience analyzing resource requirements, developing staffing and funding solutions, ensuring compliance with agency policiesand procedures.

- Experience evaluating workforce and resource data, developing recommendations for leadership, and supporting strategic planningand operational readiness.
