Job description

Copper River Data Solutions is seeking an experienced Program Manager to lead and oversee the successful execution of a federal records and information management program in Rockville, Maryland. The Program Manager will be responsible for directing contract operations, managing personnel and resources, ensuring compliance with federal requirements, and serving as the primary liaison between the company and government stakeholders.

The ideal candidate will possess extensive experience managing complex government contracts, leading multidisciplinary teams, and ensuring the delivery of high-quality services in accordance with contractual requirements. This role requires exceptional leadership, communication, and organizational skills, along with a strong understanding of records management, information governance, and federal compliance standards.

Responsibilities (include but are not limited to)

  • Direct and oversee all contract operations across multiple task orders and locations.
  • Manage program schedules, budgets, staffing, and performance metrics.
  • Ensure compliance with Federal records management requirements.
  • Lead risk management, quality assurance, and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Develop and deliver executive-level reports and briefings.
  • Coordinate subcontractor activities and contract deliverables.
  • Maintain strong relationships with CORs and stakeholders.

Essential Job Qualifications:

  • Education and Certifications:
    • Bachelor's Technical, Business, Public Administration, or Records Information Management discipline
  • Experience:
    • Minimum 10 years of project/program management experience
    • Demonstrated experience managing multiple projects and personnel
  • Skills & Competencies
    • Knowledge of records management, document processing, contract compliance, and information governance
    • Strong written and verbal communication skills
    • PMP, CRM, or equivalent certification preferred.
Position Pay Range
$180,000—$230,000 USD
