How you'll make an impact:Data Analytics Manager-Workforce Operations designs and develops analytics and reporting related to employee data such as demographics, turnover, and succession. Prepares reports and presentations for various audiences, including top level management to facilitate strategic decision making on human resources issues. Partners directly with internal clients to address individual reporting needs.

- Defines and drives data standards and ensures data integration. Collaborates with and manages relationships/expectations with key stakeholders to identify and implement KPIs.
