Job Summary:
DöhlerGroup is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Associate Data Analyst to join their Product Management team. This entry-level role involves supporting product managers by analyzing business data, generating insights, and contributing to data-driven decision-making processes within SAP environments.
Responsibilities:
• Collect, clean, validate, and analyze product and business data from SAP systems and related databases.
• Support Product Management teams with reporting, KPI tracking, and performance analysis.
• Create and maintain dashboards, reports, and visualizations using SAP analytics tools and Excel.
• Assist in identifying product trends, customer behavior patterns, and operational improvement opportunities.
• Work with cross-functional teams including Product Management, IT, Sales, Finance, and Operations.
• Prepare recurring and ad hoc reports for stakeholders and leadership teams.
• Monitor data quality and ensure integrity across systems and reporting processes.
• Assist in documenting business requirements and analytical findings.
• Support SAP data migration, testing, and validation activities when required.
• Participate in process improvement initiatives and data governance activities.
• Provide insights and recommendations to improve product performance and operational efficiency.
Qualifications:
Required:
• Bachelor’s degree in Data Analytics, Business Analytics, Information Systems, Computer Science, Statistics, Business Administration or a related field
• 0–2 years of experience in data analysis, reporting, or business intelligence.
• Basic understanding of SAP modules and enterprise systems.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including formulas, pivot tables, and data analysis functions.
• Familiarity with SQL and relational databases.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
