Key Customer Analyst

The salary range for this position is $58-62k

We offer a hybrid workplace with three days onsite in our corporate office (Tuesday - Thursday) in Waitsfield, VT.

At Agri-Mark/Cabot, we work collaboratively with many of our top customers to build strong relationships that will create a foundation that will assist with increasing sales and to drive operational and supply chain efficiency. As a Key Customer Analyst, you will support several of our top customers in order management, sales and supply chain reporting, and data analytics. This position manages the orders, logistics, and Supply Chain performance for our end customers. This position requires the ability to navigate and work in multiple customer portals daily. To be successful in this role, we require strong analytical and problem-solving skills, attention to detail and accuracy, excellent communication skills, and the ability to multi-task and work cross-departmentally.

What you will be doing:

Order Management and Logistics:

  • Communicate with key stakeholders around orders, inventory, pricing, and logistics. This includes:
  • Review all orders to verify proper lead time, order quantities, and pricing.
  • Resolve price issues and discrepancies with the customer and sales team
  • Work with distribution, warehouse, and customers to ensure order fulfillment.
  • Communicate with planning and transportation on order changes, date changes, or logistical concerns
  • Ensuring orders are efficiently built for transportation โ€“
  • Even pallet layers are ordered
  • Minimum order weights are being met
  • Key logistical liaison between Agri-Mark and our business partners.
  • Manage logistical issues and customer complaints and work with associated partners to develop corrective action when necessary.
  • Work collaboratively with Supply Chain and IT to develop BI reporting options, EDI reports and analysis, and process improvements.
  • Resolve price issues and discrepancies with the customer โ€“ this will require working with the sales rep to know and understand their pricing structure and strategy

Reporting:

  • Review daily replenishment reports and communicate with customers on any issues that will impact inventory and shipment schedules.
  • Analyze and summarize scorecards and assess performance metrics to ensure compliance with customer goals and metrics.
  • Review OTIF and compliance reporting and collaborate with internal teams to recommend opportunities for improvement.
  • Analyze inventory, sales, and supply chain information and provide benchmark reporting against goals.
  • Monitor new product introduction success by reviewing and monitoring sales and inventory levels.

What we are seeking:

  • Bachelor's degree, business degree preferred
  • 2-3 Years of Supply Chain Experience, CPG company preferred
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Excellent Analytical and Problem-Solving Skills
  • Strong attention to detail and very organized
  • Prior experience with sales reporting tools a plus
