What will you be doing?

Responsibilities of this job consist of managing resources, governance on inventory levels and customer escalations for the planning organization, including:

  • Analytical & Transactional work to support Product Data Management Functions
  • Item and Attribute Creation and Maintenance
  • Bill of Material Creation and Maintenance
  • Drives Product Data Management policies and processes
  • Drives Governance of Product Information and attributes
  • Delivers to KPI Targets
  • Executes to established Goals, Objectives and Initiatives

Responsibilities:

  • Executes the product data responsibilities of a program or multiple programs, using PLM tools and processes, to meet corporate and customer statement of work objectives
  • Analyzes and governs data compliance, new product introduction and/or configuration management activities.
  • Responds to internal and external customer requests, providing proactive solutions/mitigation action plans.
  • Ensures valid product data/information has been captured
  • Execution to KPI's designated for program and customer measurements.
  • Engages with cross functional teams though continuous improvement initiatives in current and future business opportunities.
  • Active in ongoing collaborative relationship with inside sales, customers, program management, legal and compliance, and quality on local and global scale.
  • Contributes in collaborative activities through our operations, sales and program management organizations to scale and standardize operational efficiencies.
  • Requires a high-level of customer focus/customer alignment and change management.
  • Requires a fast-paced, high-energy, motivated individual.
