Job description

As the Director of Finance Data & Analytics you will lead finance transformation initiatives that modernize planning, forecasting, reporting, analytics, and data management capabilities. You will drive process improvements, operating model design, automation, technology implementation, and governance practices that improve scalability, standardization, and business performance. You will serve as a trusted advisor to senior leadership on finance modernization strategies while leading a team responsible for delivering multiple transformation initiatives aligned with business priorities and future-state objectives.

A Taste of Your Responsibilities
  • Lead finance technology transformation initiatives, including process redesign, target operating models, service delivery models, organizational design, business requirements, and capabilities needed to sustain solutions after implementation.
  • Champion advanced analytics across Finance through education, automation, and demonstration of analytical capabilities that improve decision-making.
  • Partner with Finance and Global Business and Information Services teams to identify opportunities for advanced analytics, process improvements, and scalable solutions.
  • Lead change management efforts, including stakeholder engagement, communications, training, adoption planning, and impact assessments.
  • Drive a continuous improvement mindset to enhance processes, controls, reporting, close activities, audit readiness, and compliance with evolving business and accounting requirements.
  • Own governance and data integrity for the SAP Business Planning and Consolidation environment to support accurate planning, forecasting, consolidation, and reporting.
  • Manage a team delivering multiple finance transformation initiatives that support Finance and enterprise strategic objectives.
  • Recruit, coach, develop, and strengthen team capabilities while fostering engagement and professional growth.
Ingredients Required for Your Success
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Analytics, Information Systems, or a related quantitative field.
  • Master of Business Administration, Master of Science, or Master of Arts preferred.
  • 10+ years of progressive business experience.
  • Broad experience working across business functions and organizational disciplines.
  • Experience analyzing quantitative and qualitative data from multiple sources to identify trends, opportunities, and risks.
  • Experience building reports and dashboards using Power BI, Sigma Computing, Tableau, or similar business intelligence platforms.
  • Experience with Structured Query Language and large financial datasets; Databricks experience preferred.
  • Experience automating business processes using tools such as Alteryx, Power Automate, Structured Query Language, Python, or similar technologies preferred.
  • Strong understanding of financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, consolidations, reporting, and variance analysis.
  • Experience with SAP S/4HANA, SAP Business Planning and Consolidation, or other enterprise financial systems preferred.
  • Strong communication, presentation, stakeholder management, and influencing skills.
  • Demonstrated success identifying root causes, developing solutions, and leading teams through implementation and change.
  • Proven leadership experience developing high-performing teams and cultivating a culture of continuous improvement.

Compensation

Pay Range:$135,000-$200,000

The annual salary listed above is the expected offering for this position. An employee's actual annual salary will be based on but not limited to: location, relevant experience/level and skillset, while balancing internal Conagra employees' equity.Conagra Brands will comply with applicable law regarding minimum salaries for exempt employees.
