We drive revenue growth by turning customers into lifelong United flyers through personalized marketing, data-driven insights, and seamless digital engagement. The Digital Marketing Operations group supports the end-to-end delivery of campaigns and analytics that fuel this mission.

Role Overview

We are seeking a Data Analyst to join the Marketing Campaign Operations team. This role will focus on collecting, analyzing, and interpreting marketing data to deliver insights that enhance campaign performance and operational efficiency. You will work cross-functionally with marketing, data, and technical teams, supporting audience targeting, automation, and reporting.

Key Responsibilities

  • Analyze marketing and loyalty data to identify patterns, trends, and optimization opportunities
  • Build and automate dashboards, reports, and visualizations to communicate insights effectively
  • Develop and manage data extensions and audience segments within Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC) using SQL
  • Support the development of marketing data pipelines and automated workflows in PySpark and Databricks
  • Maintain data standards and ensure data integrity across multiple platforms
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to improve campaign execution, reporting, and decision-making

Required Qualifications

  • 3–5 years of experience in data analysis, ideally within marketing or business analytics
  • Strong proficiency in SQL and PySpark
  • Hands-on experience with Amazon Redshift and Databricks
  • Working knowledge of Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC), including audience segmentation and data extension management
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
  • Ability to translate technical insights into actionable business recommendations
