Job description

Put your data, analytics and AI skills to work bringing the Edward Jones brand to life for prospects and clients across Canada. You'll uncover new opportunities to engage and serve high-potential market segments, test and optimize our marketing strategies and tactics and participate in the building of omni-channel client experiences. Working alongside partners in Canada and the US, you'll be at the heart of our continuing marketing evolution, driving innovation and exponential growth. 
Measuring and optimizing overall marketing impact and effectiveness
  • Build and implement measurement strategy and capabilities - partner with marketing leadership to define KPIs and diagnostic metrics
  • Design, build and maintain clear, broadly available dashboards to measure marketing strategy and campaign effectiveness; ensure connectivity with market management and Canada business unit metrics
  • Support full-funnel analysis - partnering with sales organization to analyze and optimize the entire sales process
  • Incorporate AI capabilities to proactively identify new marketplace opportunities and opportunities to optimize existing strategies and campaigns.
Measuring and optimizing key marketing campaigns and initiatives
  • Capture and analyze campaign performance data - recommend and measure A/B tests and other experiments
  • Measure and analyze performance of region-specific marketing strategies and activities

Leverage AI to integrate data sources, maximize our capability for creating and acting on what if scenarios.
  • Translate strategy-led segmentation schema into targetable audiences
  • Technical expertise - know the systems and data sources to enable us to build data-driven, client-focused strategies and effectively measure tactical outcomes
  • Build and optimize campaign measurement tools with a focus on streamlining measurement of field-driven activities
  • Ensure data integrity - getting data from the right places, curating the data that marketing gathers on its own
  • Align marketing data with sales key performance indicators
  • Maintain key partnerships with Edward Jones Canada and US data and insights partners as well as 3rd party partners.
