Job Summary
Seeking an experienced Data & Analytics Tower Lead to oversee all aspects of the D&A function, including BAU operations, enhancements, and project delivery. This role will provide strategic leadership, manage cross-functional teams, drive governance, and partner with business stakeholders to deliver scalable data and analytics solutions.
Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage the Data & Analytics Tower across BAU, enhancements, and projects.
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders, SMEs, and technical leads to define and deliver solutions.
  • Govern delivery teams and ensure quality, timely execution of initiatives.
  • Track and manage key operational and project metrics, KPIs, risks, and escalations.
  • Provide strategic and tactical recommendations to address business and technology challenges.
  • Identify growth opportunities, support proposals, and lead project delivery efforts.
  • Drive best practices in data engineering, analytics, reporting, and cloud technologies.

Required Skills & Experience
  • Strong experience in Data Engineering, BI Reporting, Cloud Analytics, and stakeholder management within enterprise environments.
  • Hands-on expertise with:
    • AWS
    • Databricks
    • Python
    • SQL
  • Proven experience leading large-scale data and analytics teams and programs.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple workstreams, including operations, enhancements, and strategic initiatives.

Preferred
  • Experience with data modernization, data lakes/warehouses, and cloud transformation programs.
  • AWS and/or Databricks certifications preferred.
