Join Corporate Finance, where strategic insight, financial stewardship, and technical innovation come together to support business performance and policyholder value. This role sits at the intersection of actuarial modeling, data engineering, and cloud technology, enabling scalable, well-governed solutions that support financial reporting, valuation, and analytics.

Role Overview:
The Corporate Vice President (MG3) will lead the design and execution of actuarial data and modeling architecture, with a focus on integrating actuarial platforms (including Prophet/FIS) into modern cloud-based ecosystems. This role requires strong technical expertise, leadership capability, and the ability to collaborate effectively across actuarial, finance, and technology teams.

What You'll Do:
Lead the design and implementation of actuarial data architecture within AWS (S3, Lambda, Redshift).
Develop and oversee scalable ETL pipelines supporting actuarial and financial reporting processes.
Architect and support Prophet/FIS environments, including model integration, automation, and production processes.
Establish and maintain data governance, quality controls, and model oversight frameworks.
Partner with actuarial, finance, and technology stakeholders to deliver business-aligned data solutions.
Communicate technical concepts and insights clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences.
Lead, mentor, and develop cross-functional teams across actuarial and data disciplines.
Identify and implement opportunities to enhance data infrastructure, automation, and efficiency.

What You'll Bring:
Experience & Technical Skills:
Bachelor's degree in a technical or quantitative discipline (e.g., Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or related).
10+ years of experience in data engineering, actuarial technology, or financial systems.
Strong experience with cloud-based data platforms (AWS preferred), including ETL design and data warehousing (e.g., Redshift).
Proficiency in programming (e.g., Python) and version control (e.g., GitHub).
Experience delivering complex, cross-functional initiatives in a production environment.
Leadership & Communication:
Demonstrated ability to lead and develop high-performing teams.
Strong collaboration skills across actuarial, finance, and technology organizations.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to translate complex concepts for diverse audiences.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with Prophet/FIS actuarial software and model integration.
Background in insurance, actuarial modeling, or financial reporting.
Familiarity with modern DevOps practices.
FSA or ASA designation is a plus.

Pay Transparency

Salary Range: $175,000-$250,000 

Overtime eligible: Exempt 

Discretionary bonus eligible: Yes

Actual base salary will be determined based on several factors but not limited to individual's experience, skills, qualifications, and job location. Additionally, employees are eligible for an annual discretionary bonus. In addition to base salary, employees may also be eligible to participate in an incentive program.
