Nucor Insulated Panel Group (NIPG) - operating across 9 plants in three divisions under the CENTRIA and Metl-Span brands - is seeking an experienced Supervisor of Reporting & Analytics to lead and develop our financial and operational reporting function. This is a high-visibility role partnering directly with the NIPG Controllers, division GMs, Supply Chain, Commercial, and senior leadership.

The Supervisor of Reporting & Analytics will report to the Controller of the Southeast division and lead a team of analysts responsible for monthly close reporting, plant and consolidated P&L analytics, Power BI dashboards, the NIPG cost model, and the bi-weekly S&OP reporting cycle. The successful candidate will also lead NIPG's early deployment of agentic AI in finance and operations.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Lead the consolidation and timely delivery of NIPG's monthly reporting package, including consolidated and plant-level P&Ls, balance sheet, operational KPIs, and profitability trends.
  • Own and continuously improve NIPG's Power BI reporting platform, including Sales Performance, Inventory Aging, Production, and Supply Chain dashboards.
  • Own NIPG's product-level cost model used to drive pricing, mix, and product profitability decisions across CENTRIA and Metl-Span.
  • Partner with Supply Chain, Scheduling, and Commercial to translate operational data into forward-looking decisions.
  • Drive continuous improvement of reporting timeliness, accuracy, and data quality through standardized data models, automation, and tighter integration with Microsoft Dynamics 365.
  • Serve as a key business partner to the Controllers, division GMs, and functional leadership across NIPG.

This is a full-time position based in Lewisville, TX. Other NIPG sites may be considered for the right candidate. Limited travel to NIPG plants is required.

Minimum Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, Business Analytics, Information Systems, or related field
  • Minimum of three (3) years of progressive experience in finance, accounting, FP&A, business analytics, or related analytical roles
  • Proficiency with Power BI (or comparable BI tool), advanced Excel, and PowerPoint
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Leadership/supervisory experience
  • CPA, CMA, MBA, or Master's degree
  • Manufacturing, building products, or industrial experience
  • Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations, Power BI semantic models, DAX, and SQL
  • Experience leading the deployment of automation or AI/agentic tools in a finance or operations setting
  • Multi-site or multi-divisional reporting experience
  • Manufacturing or Cost Accounting experience
