Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled and business-oriented Senior Data Analyst to support strategic decision-making through advanced analytics, data visualization, and business intelligence solutions. This role will partner closely with executive leadership and cross-functional teams to design scalable reporting solutions, develop interactive Power BI dashboards, analyze complex business data, and provide actionable insights that drive operational excellence and business growth. The ideal candidate brings strong technical expertise, excellent business acumen, and the ability to translate complex data into meaningful recommendations.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, and maintain advanced Power BI dashboards, reports, and data visualizations that provide meaningful insights to executive leadership and business stakeholders.
  • Develop, implement, and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and performance metrics aligned with organizational goals and strategic initiatives.
  • Build, manage, and optimize daily, weekly, monthly, and ad hoc reporting solutions across multiple business functions.
  • Analyze complex operational, financial, commercial, customer, and sales data to identify trends, risks, opportunities, and actionable business insights.
  • Partner with executive leadership and department leaders to support strategic planning, forecasting, budgeting, resource allocation, and performance management through data-driven recommendations.
  • Collaborate with Commercial, Operations, Finance, Marketing, Client Experience, and other cross-functional teams to understand business needs and translate them into reporting and analytical solutions.
  • Develop scalable data models and reporting frameworks that improve reporting accuracy, efficiency, and consistency across the organization.
  • Support commercial operations by monitoring customer acquisition, sales pipeline health, conversion rates, revenue performance, customer retention, and other key business metrics.
  • Perform customer, market, and business performance analyses to identify growth opportunities, operational efficiencies, and process improvements.
  • Design and deliver executive-level dashboards that provide real-time visibility into critical business metrics and organizational performance.
  • Maintain, optimize, and improve data quality across enterprise systems, including Salesforce CRM, ERP platforms, and other business applications.
  • Partner with stakeholders to improve Salesforce reporting capabilities and ensure CRM data supports accurate business intelligence and decision-making.
  • Identify opportunities to automate reporting processes and improve operational efficiencies through business intelligence tools and data integration.
  • Support the implementation, optimization, and integration of business intelligence platforms, CRM systems, ERP solutions, and other enterprise technologies.
  • Validate data integrity and troubleshoot reporting discrepancies to ensure the accuracy and reliability of business information.
  • Present analytical findings and strategic recommendations to technical and non-technical stakeholders, including executive leadership.
  • Stay current on emerging business intelligence technologies, reporting best practices, and data visualization techniques to continuously improve reporting capabilities.
  • Mentor and provide guidance to junior analysts or business users on reporting best practices, dashboard utilization, and data interpretation, as needed.
  • Perform other duties and special projects as assigned.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • achelor's degree in Data Analytics, Business Analytics, Information Systems, Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of progressive experience in data analytics, business intelligence, business analytics, sales analytics, or a related analytical role.
  • Advanced experience with Microsoft Power BI, including dashboard development, data modeling, DAX, Power Query, and interactive data visualization.
  • Strong experience working with Salesforce CRM, including reporting, data analysis, and supporting business decision-making.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including pivot tables, Power Query, complex formulas, and data analysis techniques.
  • Experience designing and maintaining executive-level dashboards and KPI reporting.
  • Strong understanding of business intelligence methodologies, performance measurement, and data-driven decision-making.
  • Experience analyzing large and complex datasets to identify trends, opportunities, and actionable business insights.
  • Strong understanding of relational databases and data modeling principles.
  • Experience writing and optimizing SQL queries is strongly preferred.
  • Experience working with ERP systems and integrating data across multiple business platforms is preferred.
  • Experience supporting strategic planning, forecasting, budgeting, and business performance analysis.
  • Demonstrated ability to translate technical findings into clear, actionable recommendations for executive and non-technical audiences.
  • Strong analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills with exceptional attention to detail.
  • Excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills with the ability to effectively communicate across all levels of the organization.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, results-driven environment while meeting deadlines.
