Job Title: GTM Support Analyst (Data Analyst I)

Work Type: Hybrid (Primarily Remote) - Denver, CO
Time Zone: MTN Business Hours
Experience Required: 3+ Years

Position Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented GTM Support Analyst to support Go-To-Market (GTM) reporting, analytics, and operational insights for Sales and GTM leadership teams.

This role will focus on building, maintaining, and monitoring dashboards and reports across Salesforce (SFDC), Power BI, and Snowflake-based data sources. The ideal candidate has experience in GTM analytics, SFDC reporting, and Power BI dashboard development, along with foundational SQL skills.

This position supports Sales performance tracking across pipeline, bookings, quotas, territories, and executive KPIs.

Key Responsibilities

Maintain and monitor GTM dashboards and reporting systems to ensure data accuracy and availability

Build and enhance Salesforce (SFDC) dashboards and reports

Support reporting needs across pipeline, bookings, quota attainment, territory performance, and executive metrics

Perform data validation and quality checks across SFDC and downstream reporting tools

Develop and maintain Power BI dashboards using curated datasets

Perform basic data modeling (relationships, measures, DAX) in Power BI

Manage Power BI report publishing, refresh scheduling, and workspace governance

Use SQL to query Snowflake data sources (SELECT, joins, filters, aggregations)

Support recurring weekly/monthly/quarterly GTM reporting cycles

Translate business requirements into dashboards and data extracts

Document reporting logic, metrics definitions, and data sources

Troubleshoot reporting discrepancies in collaboration with analytics and engineering teams

Required Qualifications

3+ years of experience in GTM analytics, Sales analytics, or reporting roles

Hands-on experience with Salesforce (SFDC) reporting and dashboards

Experience building Power BI dashboards and basic data modeling

Working knowledge of SQL (Snowflake preferred)

Strong understanding of Sales metrics (pipeline, bookings, quota, territories)

Strong communication and stakeholder collaboration skills

Preferred

Experience working with Snowflake

Experience supporting GTM Operations or Sales Operations

Experience in enterprise reporting environments
