Purpose:
We are seeking a motivated and analytical data-focused co-op to support the Customer Service and Channel Operations (CS/CO) organization. In this role, you will assist in shaping digital strategies, support data and analytics projects, and gain hands-on experience with our operational tools and processes. This is a great opportunity for someone looking to develop/further enhance their skills in data analysis, digital tools, and supply chain operations.
Responsibilities:
  • Support data collection, validation, and management across multiple functions within CS/CO, including order management and distribution processes.
  • Assist in developing dashboards, reports, and visualizations using tools like Tableau, Power BI, and Excel to communicate key insights to stakeholders.
  • Curate and maintain the robust data and analytics infrastructure that supports daily operations and strategic decision-making across the CS/CO organization.
  • Support the day-to-day operations of U.S. order management activities by providing data insights and process support.
  • Analyze data to identify trends, inefficiencies, and opportunities for process improvements in supply chain operations.
  • Collaborate with team members to support ad hoc analytics requests, ensuring timely and accurate data delivery.
  • Document data workflows and maintain data integrity standards to support ongoing operational activities.
  • Participate in team meetings, contribute to continuous improvement projects, and support digital transformation initiatives.

Qualifications / Requirements:
Education:
  • Bachelor's Degree or Master's Degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Data Science or related fields.

Experience and Skills:
  • Strong interest in data analysis, digital tools, and supply chain operations.
  • Strong analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficient in MS Excel.
  • Knowledge of basic data analysis or visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Excel).
  • Good communication skills and a team-oriented mindset.
  • Eagerness to learn new systems, data methodologies, and process improvement techniques and adapt in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred:
  • Exposure to programming languages such as SQL or Python.
  • Familiarity with ERP systems like SAP or cloud platforms like Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud.
  • Previous coursework or projects related to data analytics or supply chain management.

The expected pay range for this position is between $23.00 per hour and $51.00 per hour but will be based on candidate's program year, discipline, degree and/or experience. Co-Ops/Interns are eligible to participate in Company sponsored employee medical benefits in accordance with the terms of the plan. Co-Ops and Interns are eligible for the following sick time benefits: up to 40 hours per calendar year; for employees who reside in the State of Washington, up to 56 hours per calendar year. Co-Ops and Interns are eligible to participate in the Company's consolidated retirement plan (pension).
