In an interim or project-based position on our flexTALENT™ team, you’ll have challenging and meaningful work with private equity-backed and privately held middle market to enterprise sized companies – helping them navigate their most complex challenges.  


Core Consultant Profiles We’re Targeting:

Typical Engagements Include:

  • Integrating systems, data, and processes following acquisitions
  • Assessing and modernizing legacy systems to support growth

  • Developing practical technology roadmaps aligned to business priorities
  • Bridging gaps between business stakeholders and technical teams

Skills & Experience

We’re looking for consultants who bring strength in one or more of the following:

  • Data: SQL, ETL tools, data warehousing, BI tools (Power BI, Tableau)
  • Analysis: Requirements gathering, process mapping, stakeholder facilitation
  • Project Management: Agile/Scrum, Azure DevOps, project planning
  • Infrastructure: Cloud (AWS/Azure/etc.), networking fundamentals, systems administration
  • General: Strong communication, documentation, and problem-solving skills


Required Qualifications and Core Competencies

  • 5+ years of relevant professional experience
  • Bachelor's degree in Data Analytics, Information Technology, Computer Science, Business, or related field
  • Some data/analytics leadership / management experience commensurate with the client opportunities
  • Ability to identify issues and find solutions through research and utilizing available resources
  • High level proficiency in Data, Analysis, Project Management and/or Infrastructure systems/software/platforms.
  • Strong analytical thinker with ability to see the big picture
  • Strong attention to detail with consistent follow-through skills
  • Excellent organizational skills with ability to prioritize and manage multiple priorities at once and meet deadlines
  • Strong decision-making skills with ability to exercise good judgment
  • Enjoys working with multiple clients in a variety of industries, often simultaneously
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced collaborative environment with clients and internal teams
  • Ability to build rapport and gain trust with stakeholders in short timeframe
  • Ability to work independently and adapt quickly
  • Strong client-facing communication skills
  • Strong project management skills


Preferred Experience

  • Prior engagements in consulting or contract work
  • Experience working with private equity-backed companies or growth environments
  • Experience with mid-market ERPs such as NetSuite or Dynamics 
  • Background in mergers, acquisitions and integrations


Position Type / Expected Hours of Work

  • Contract / project-based assignments
  • Projects/interim work can either be part- or full-time, depending on the client's requests, with some flexibility regarding work schedule and location
  • FLSA Status: Hourly, non-exempt


Work Environment / Travel

  • The work is performed on-site at client locations or remotely from home depending on engagement. 
  • This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as laptop computers and smartphones.
  • Travel is primarily local during the business day; some out-of-town and overnight travel may be expected as determined by client need
