As Head of Data, Analytics & Platforms, you'll turn global digital strategy into local execution-owning the data backbone, platforms, and AI capabilities that power Commercial, Medical, and Value & Access teams. You'll scale trusted data, drive adoption of analytics and AI, and convert complexity into tools teams rely on to perform. This is a leadership role for someone who turns insight into action
The Head of Data, Analytics & Platforms (DAP) sits within the Execution Excellence unit, reporting to the Execution Excellence Head, and leads the country's data, digital platform, analytics, and AI agenda in close partnership with Commercial, Medical Affairs, and Value & Access. This role translates international digital strategy into local, fit for purpose execution by owning a single trusted data foundation, deploying and driving adoption of enterprise platforms, and scaling analytics and AI solutions that improve decision quality, productivity, and execution. By enabling consistent, compliant, and insight driven engagement with healthcare professionals and accelerating digital reach for priority brands, the role plays a critical part in strengthening organizational performance and helping patients access the right therapies sooner.

Job Description

Key responsibilities:

  • Own and evolve a single, trusted view of businesscritical data across Commercial, Medical Affairs, and Value & Access, ensuring data quality, governance, and compliance.

  • Translate international data, digital, and AI strategy into localized roadmaps and priorities that deliver measurable business and patient impact

  • Lead the deployment, adoption, and change management of enterprise marketing, medical, and access technology platforms in alignment with global guidance.

  • Enable advanced analytics, reporting, and dashboards that improve decision quality, execution cadence, and crossfunctional performance.

  • Drive the local AI and GenAI agenda, scaling use cases that improve customer engagement, productivity, and operational excellence while ensuring responsible AI practices

  • Partner closely with Integrated Insights and international DAP teams to align KPIs, reporting standards, and technology readiness for global programs (e.g., ICE, IMEx)

  • Oversee DAP budget, vendor selection, and external partner performance, ensuring delivery against SLAs and strategic objectives

  • Ensure data and platform readiness to support medical, access, and patient service solutions in accordance with legal, privacy, and compliance requirements.

  • Build and lead a highperforming, futureready team, fostering innovation, strong adoption, and a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.
