The Data Analyst/Programmer is responsible for leveraging organizational data for the development of business analytics. Use machine learning, statistical methods and advanced analytics to analyze and interpret complex digital data.

WORKING RELATIONSHIP

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Develop and maintain extract, transform and load programming.
  • Monitor data migration jobs and troubleshoot errors. Including API monitoring.
  • Lead and coordinate with stakeholders and IT team to develop innovative data analysis methodologies.
  • Utilize advanced analytics to extract valuable insights from large datasets, helping to shape business reporting.
  • Understand and develop machine learning models to automate data processes and enhance predictive analytics.
  • Ensure the accuracy and integrity of data used for analytical purposes through rigorous validation and testing.
  • Act as the SME for AI for business, investigating how the company can utilize AI across all aspects of the business.
  • Create process technical design specifications, create/execute test scripts as needed for projects or initiatives.
  • Be available for off-hour support tasks, as needed, and as part of any off-hour rotation schedule.
  • Comply with all company Quality, HACCP, GMP and Food Safety Standards.
  • Other duties as assigned

REQUIREMENTS

  • Ability to lead and facilitate diverse groups of people to move towards solutions

  • Programming experience
  • Familiarity or experience with Agile/Scrum Framework is a plus.
  • Food manufacturing experience is a plus.
  • Must be able to speak, read and write in English.

EDUCATION

Bachelor of Science Degree or higher in Information Systems or relevant degree.
