  • Build people analytics tools (e.g., dashboards, reports) and practices to measure and quantify effectiveness of our people programs and processes and report on overall organizational health.
  • Partner with and influence relevant colleagues on building/enhancing the infrastructure that allows for robust quantitative and qualitative data feeds across the entire employee lifecycle (e.g., candidate experience, onboarding, promotion, exit).
  • Manage all reporting and analytics requests related to people data, and drive insights for HR leadership and cross-functional leaders to inform design decisions related to strategic talent initiatives.
  • Communicate statistical analyses and results, along with implications, to technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Develop processes to support planning and execution for a team of data analysts in an efficient and scalable manner (e.g. road mapping, code sharing, automation of repetitive tasks).

You Bring:

  • 8+ years of related experience with a Bachelor's degree; or 5 years with a Master's degree; or a PhD with 3 years of experience in in HR Analytics, TA Analytics, Workforce Planning, and/or a related data analytics field
  • Strong expertise in Tableau (dashboard design, data modeling, governance, and roadmap ownership) or other best in class BI tools
  • Proficiency in managing large datasets using Amazon Redshift or similar data warehouse platform
  • Strong SQL skills and experience working with HRIS, ATS, and other peopledata systems
  • Advanced expertise in Excel
  • Experience translating ambiguous business questions into structured analytical approaches
  • Experience with ensuring end-to-end data integrity across systems by partnering with business owners and IT teams to resolve inconsistencies and drive data governance across multiple data sources
  • Strong data visualization and data storytelling skills tailored to all levels and audiences, resulting in clear and actionable recommendations
  • Demonstrated ability to manage complex projects and deliver data insights in a fastpaced environment
  • Ability to influence key stakeholders and leadership on People Analytics priorities and strategy as well as communicate overall organizational health
  • Track record of people management; ability to effectively lead a data analytics team, from both a technical and people leadership perspective, and align work with business strategy
  • Strong domain knowledge of TA or People functions and processes
  • Research, evaluate and innovate where AI can be utilized to progress People Analytics at Lucid long term
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to simplify complex data for nontechnical audiences
