Job description

The Finance Authority of Maine (FAME) seeks a data-driven Digital Marketing Specialist-Analytics to support digital advertising, marketing analytics, website performance, and campaign optimization.
Key Responsibilities
  • Plan, monitor, and optimize digital advertising campaigns across search, display, video, social media, and related channels.
  • Analyze campaign, website, email, CRM, and social media performance data to identify trends and recommend improvements.
  • Develop dashboards, reports, and performance tracking tools for leadership and stakeholders.
  • Support website performance, SEO, accessibility, customer experience, and conversion optimization.
  • Coordinate digital marketing projects, vendor support, platform updates, and marketing technology initiatives.

Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in communications, marketing, business, or related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Three to five years of experience in digital marketing, paid media, performance marketing, or related work.
