  • Partner cross-functionally with Supply Chain, Finance, Merchandising Operations, and Product teams to meet and exceed category goals

  • Analyze economic and industry trends, particularly related to agricultural commodities and inputs, to inform forecasting and strategy

  • Lead strategic initiatives and identify process improvements to increase efficiency across the Equine and Farm teams

  • Support Category Managers in executing business priorities and delivering results across the broader Equine and Farm business

What You’ll Need:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Animal Sciences, Agriculture, Agribusiness, or a related field

  • Experience working with agricultural products, commodities, or animal health/nutrition categories

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; proficiency in Excel and familiarity with SQL preferred

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with strong attention to detail

  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment

  • Willingness to travel up to 10%

Bonus:

  • Proficiency in SQL or other data analysis tools

  • Internship or early-career experience in eCommerce, category management, buying, analytics, consulting, finance, marketing, agribusiness, or animal sciences

  • Ability to influence across a cross-functional, matrixed organization

  • Demonstrated ownership and a track record of delivering results

  • Experience leveraging AI tools to improve efficiency and decision-making
