We are seeking a motivated, curious, and service-oriented Summer 2027 Talent Acquisition Intern to join our Talent Acquisition team. This internship offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in recruiting, talent strategy, employer branding, applicant experience, workforce planning, and talent acquisition operations.
As a Talent Acquisition Intern, you will partner with recruiters, recruiting coordinators, hiring managers, and HR professionals to support key recruiting initiatives and help attract and hire top talent. You will gain exposure to the full recruiting lifecycle while contributing to meaningful projects that enhance the applicant experience, strengthen our employment brand, and support organization hiring goals.
This position offers a hybrid work schedule, with 2-3 days in office combining flexibility with team collaboration.
What You'll Be Doing
  • Support campus recruiting, internship, and early career hiring initiatives.
  • Assist recruiters and recruiting coordinators with candidate outreach, interview scheduling, and recruiting operations.
  • Analyze recruiting metrics and talent acquisition data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
  • Support employer branding initiatives, recruiting events, career fairs, and candidate engagement activities.
  • Assist in creating executive-ready presentations, dashboards, reports, and talent insights.
  • Participate in projects focused on candidate experience, process improvement, recruiting technology, and operational excellence.
  • Conduct market research on talent trends, competitor hiring practices, and talent acquisition best practices.
  • Partner with Talent Acquisition, HR, and business stakeholders on strategic recruiting initiatives.
  • Contribute fresh ideas and innovative solutions to support the evolution of our Talent Acquisition Center of Excellence.
  • Participate in team meetings, networking opportunities, professional development sessions, and intern program activities.
