  • Foster a culture of trust, collaboration, accountability, and open communications; remove obstacles, resolve conflicts, and lead the IT team with a proactive, results-oriented mindset.
  • Provide expert guidance on the selection, implementation, maintenance, and evaluation of IT infrastructure, telecommunications, hardware, software, monitoring, and backup solutions across supporting organizations, while participating in technology contract negotiations.
  • Provide senior leadership with regular reports on information systems, performance, and costs, highlighting keys issues and areas requiring attention.

What you'll bring
  • Bachelor's degree in information systems or a related field, with 5+ years of IT experience; consumer products or food manufacturing experience preferred.
  • Experience managing and supporting Business Intelligence and enterprise reporting environments, including hybrid in-hours and outsourced services.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Business Intelligence, SSRS, and/or Cognos preferred.
  • Strong customer focus, communication, teamwork, and relationship building skills.
  • Ability to drive continuous improvements, apply best practices, and lead teams toward shared goals.
  • Willingness to travel nationally and internationally, up to 10% of the time.

What you'll get
  • A role that offers variety and the chance to make a visible impact every day
  • Opportunity to collaborate with your colleagues, onsite 5 days per week in Hoffman Estates, IL
  • An excellent salary, benefit offering and development opportunities
