Job description

The Accounting Intern supports the Accounting department by performing a variety of clerical and administrative tasks, primarily within the accounts payable function. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, reconciling invoices with purchase orders, processing check requests, performing p-card and statement reconciliations, and handling paper invoices.
In addition, the intern will assist with other accounting activities such as cash reconciliations, budgeting support, journal entry preparation, and financial analysis as needed. This role provides valuable exposure to multiple areas within the Accounting function.

  • Proficient typing and data entry skills with strong attention to detail
