Job Summary:

The Senior Director, Data & Analytics is responsible for shaping KEEN’s data vision and transforming the organization into a data-driven and AI-enabled business, leading analytics initiatives across various functions to drive measurable business outcomes.
Responsibilities:
• Defines and communicates a compelling enterprise data & AI vision that supports KEEN’s commercial strategy, growth ambitions, and long-range planning.
• Identifies and prioritizes high-impact analytics opportunities across merchandising, DTC, wholesale, supply chain, and finance — ensuring measurable business outcomes.
• Develops and leads KEEN’s AI data readiness strategy, enabling predictive insights, automation, personalization, and intelligent decision support.
• Provides executive-level thought leadership on how analytics can improve margin, inventory productivity, customer engagement, and operational efficiency.
• Leads enterprise data architecture and platform direction, ensuring scalability, governance, and reliability.
• Leads and evolves the Analytics Center of Excellence, establishing governance standards, KPI harmonization, intake processes, and enterprise decision rights.
• Builds and develops a high-performing team of Data Architects, Data Engineers, and Technical Data Analysts; strengthen the broader analyst community through education and capability building.
• Serves as a trusted advisor to executive leadership; communicate progress through business impact metrics, not just technical milestones.
Qualifications:
Required:
• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Information Systems, Business Analytics, Engineering, or related discipline required.
• Minimum twelve (12) years of progressive experience in data, analytics, or digital transformation leadership.
• Minimum of five (5) years leading enterprise-scale data or analytics teams.
• Deep understanding of retail / consumer industry operating models (DTC, wholesale, merchandising, supply chain, planning, inventory lifecycle).
• Ability to connect analytics initiatives directly to commercial KPIs and financial outcomes.
• Strong business acumen with the ability to quickly understand industry nuances and market dynamics.
• Visionary mindset with the ability to articulate a forward-looking analytics roadmap.
• Expertise in enterprise data architecture, cloud data platforms, BI ecosystems, and integration frameworks.
• Experience building governed semantic layers and standardized KPI frameworks.
• Strong understanding of AI/ML enablement, data quality frameworks, and responsible AI governance.
• Proven ability to influence executives and senior business leaders.
• Experience building and scaling Centers of Excellence or enterprise capability functions.
• Strong change management and communication skills.
• Ability to unify technical and business analytics communities.
• Demonstrated ability to balance innovation with operational excellence.
Preferred:
• Master's Degree in Technology, Analytics, or Business Leadership focus preferred.
