Impact Scale is seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Analyst to support business operations by gathering, interpreting, and analyzing data to drive informed decision-making. The ideal candidate has experience working with data, identifying trends, developing reports, and providing actionable insights that improve business performance and operational efficiency.

In this role, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to evaluate business processes, monitor key performance indicators (KPIs), identify opportunities for improvement, and support strategic initiatives through data-driven analysis.

Key ResponsibilitiesData Analysis Reporting
  • Collect, analyze, and interpret data from multiple sources to identify trends, patterns, and business opportunities.

  • Develop and maintain reports, dashboards, and performance metrics for leadership and internal stakeholders.

  • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide regular reporting on business performance.

  • Present findings and recommendations in a clear, concise, and actionable manner.

Business Analysis
  • Evaluate business processes and identify opportunities to improve efficiency, productivity, and performance.
