We are seeking a Senior Software Engineer to drive analytics development and leverage modern big data technologies, including Pig, PySpark, Python, and Scala, within a collaborative fast-paced Agile environment. Qualifications & Compensation: โ€ข Degree: Technical bachelor's degree or equivalent experience โ€ข Years of experience: 7+ years โ€ข Total Compensation: $224k+ yearly Job Description: โ€ข Analyze user requirements to derive software design, performance requirements, and system flows. โ€ข Create, maintain, and run Pig and PySpark analytics and review data ingest tickets and merge requests. โ€ข Design, code, test, and debug software applications to add features or correct errors. โ€ข Develop and implement algorithms to meet or exceed system performance and functional standards. โ€ข Design or implement complex database or data repository interfaces and queries. โ€ข Develop and execute test procedures for software components to ensure system reliability.
