• Partner with IT to ensure procurement systems, data feeds, integrations, and reporting infrastructure operate effectively across the enterprise.

• Build and maintain an enterprise spend cube by cleansing, categorizing, enriching, and analyzing spend data from multiple sources.

• Develop spend analytics, dashboards, and category insights that identify sourcing opportunities, maverick spend, supplier trends, and other opportunities for value creation.

• Develop executive-level reporting and dashboards using Power BI, Tableau, or comparable business intelligence tools.

• Design and manage the Procurement savings tracking methodology, including initiative identification, categorization, valuation, ownership, delivery timelines, and financial validation.

• Maintain the Procurement savings pipeline and ensure initiatives are appropriately documented, tracked, and validated through Finance.

• Partner with FP&A on savings validation, reporting, forecasting, period-end reconciliation, and alignment between Procurement savings and delivered financial results.

• Produce accurate, Finance-grade savings, pipeline, spend, and performance reports for senior Procurement and Finance leadership.

• Establish and manage a Procurement Center of Excellence framework for tracking sourcing initiatives, technology projects, and other strategic workstreams.

• Develop and maintain procurement governance standards, policies, process documentation, approval workflows, sourcing playbooks, and compliance requirements.

• Prepare executive-level materials and reporting for VP, CFO, CEO, and other senior leadership meetings.

• Identify project risks, blockers, process gaps, and delivery issues and proactively escalate them to appropriate stakeholders.

• Develop procurement training programs and capability resources covering systems, processes, sourcing methodologies, analytics, and best practices.

• Benchmark procurement capabilities against leading organizations and identify opportunities for process, technology, and organizational improvement.

• Identify and implement practical applications of artificial intelligence to improve Procurement analytics, reporting, sourcing support, process efficiency, and decision-making.

• Continuously improve Procurement tools, processes, reporting, and governance based on stakeholder feedback and evolving business requirements.

Minimum Education & Experience Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Supply Chain, Data Analytics, Information Systems, or a related field, or equivalent relevant professional experience.

• Minimum of 8 years of progressive experience in procurement, supply chain, finance, business analytics, technology, or a closely related discipline.

• Demonstrated hands-on experience building or managing spend analytics capabilities, including spend data cleansing, categorization, analysis, and reporting.

• Experience working with enterprise procurement or spend analytics platforms such as Coupa, Jaggaer, SAP Ariba, SpendHQ, Ivalua, or similar systems.

• Demonstrated experience developing and managing savings tracking processes in partnership with Finance.

• Experience working in a procurement transformation, business transformation, technology implementation, or build-from-scratch environment.

• Demonstrated experience managing multiple projects or workstreams simultaneously.

• Advanced Excel and data analysis skills.
