Description & Requirements
We are looking for a Video Analytics CW to support analysis and reporting across video and digital platforms. This role will focus on understanding video performance, audience behavior, and the relationship between engagement, subscriptions, and revenue.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Use SQL, Python, and BI/reporting tools to extract, clean, transform, validate, and analyze large-scale video and digital analytics datasets from multiple platforms and data sources.
  • Perform advanced statistical and correlation analysis to understand how video and digital engagement metrics such as watch time, engagement rate, retention, and audience segments relate to subscriptions and revenue.
  • Develop dashboards and recurring analytical reports to monitor video performance metrics, track performance trends, identify shifts in viewer behavior, and analyze patterns across audience segments such as geography, traffic source, platform, and content type.
  • Support the definition and refinement of KPIs used to measure content success, audience engagement, and platform growth.
  • Translate complex datasets into clear insights, actionable recommendations, and compelling business narratives.
  • Partner with marketing, product, editorial, and leadership teams to answer key business questions and support decision-making around video performance and audience growth.

Qualifications
  • Strong experience using SQL and Python for data analysis.
  • Experience with BI and reporting tools such as Tableau, Looker, Power BI, or similar platforms.
  • Experience working with video, digital media, audience, or content performance data.
  • Strong analytical skills, including experience with statistical and correlation analysis.
  • Ability to work with complex datasets and identify meaningful trends and patterns.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to translate analysis into clear business insights and recommendations.

Salary Range = 55 - 60 USD Hourly
The referenced salary range is based on the Company's good faith belief at the time of posting. Actual compensation may vary based on factors such as geographic location, work experience, market conditions, education/training and skill level.
