Role Summary

A strong emphasis is placed on data integration architecture and pipeline orchestration, with SnapLogic as a core platform for building, managing, and scaling enterprise data flows.

You will work cross-functionally with leaders in finance, engineering, data science, and user experience to deliver integrated data solutions and insights that drive measurable business impact.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and deliver advanced business intelligence dashboards and reporting tools to enable data-driven decision-making across all levels of the organization
• Architect, develop, and maintain end-to-end data integration pipelines using SnapLogic, including the design of reusable pipelines, error handling mechanisms, and scalable integration frameworks
• Leverage SnapLogic to integrate data from diverse enterprise systems, APIs, cloud platforms, and databases into centralized data environments
• Develop and optimize ETL/ELT processes to ensure efficient ingestion, transformation, and availability of high-quality data
• Build intuitive and impactful data visualizations using modern BI tools, incorporating advanced interactivity features such as drill-through and navigation flows
• Analyze complex datasets to identify trends, uncover insights, and support strategic business initiatives
• Utilize technologies such as SQL, Python, Databricks, Snowflake, and SAP HANA to process, analyze, and model large-scale datasets
• Collaborate with engineering and QA teams to define testing strategies, validation rules, and acceptance criteria for data pipelines and reporting solutions
• Drive improvements in data quality, governance, and operational efficiency through automation and standardization

Qualifications & Skills

• 6–10 years of experience in business intelligence, data engineering, or advanced analytics roles
• Degree (or equivalent experience) in Computer Science, Information Systems, Statistics, or a related field
• Strong hands-on experience with SnapLogic for building, orchestrating, and optimizing enterprise data integration pipelines (required)
• Expertise in BI and visualization tools such as Microsoft Power BI, Power Apps, and advanced Excel
• Advanced proficiency in SQL, including complex queries, data modeling, and performance optimization
• Experience working with modern data platforms such as Snowflake and Databricks
• Proficiency in Python for data processing, automation, and analysis
• Strong understanding of data warehousing concepts, ETL/ELT frameworks, and API-based integrations
• Proven ability to design intuitive, impactful dashboards and data storytelling experiences
• Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills, including hypothesis-driven analysis and insight generation
• Experience working in cross-functional, global teams with diverse stakeholders
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in fast-paced environments and deliver high-quality outcomes on time
