Job Summary:
Agoda is a leading online travel agency that connects people to destinations and experiences. They are seeking an Associate Data Analyst to join their Performance Marketing Team, where the role involves experimenting with marketing campaigns, analyzing data, and developing optimization models.
Responsibilities:
โ€ข Experiment with text ads, bidding, and campaign structures on Google, Bing, Baidu, Naver, and other search engines.
โ€ข Adapt to new product features and roll out changes from successful tests.
โ€ข Test, analyze, and optimize campaigns on Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, and others.
โ€ข Analyze the vast amounts of data generated by experiments, develop models we can use for optimization, and build dashboards for account managers.
Qualifications:
Required:
โ€ข Bachelorโ€™s Degree or higher from top university in a quantitative subject (computer science, mathematics, economics, engineering, statistics or science)
โ€ข Fresh graduation are welcome (0-1 years of experience)
โ€ข Ability to communicate fluently in English
โ€ข Basic business acumen
โ€ข Proficient in statistics and Excel
โ€ข Exposure to data tools (SAS, R, SPSS, Python, VBA, SQL, Tableau)
โ€ข Familiar with A/B testing concepts
