The Project Delivery Talent Model is designed for professionals with specialized skills that align to a current client need. Team members focus on delivering services to clients, without additional expectations related to business development or promotion. Their employment is tied to their role on a project, and they are eligible for a benefits package that is competitive for project delivery-focused professionals.
Work you'll do/Responsibilities
  • Conduct requirement-gathering sessions, workshops, and status meetings with client IT and business stakeholders
  • Gather, document, and validate business and functional requirements related to provider data and claims processing
  • Create and maintain Interface Contract Documents (ICDs) defining data exchange specifications between systems
  • Work closely with the IT team to translate business requirements into Source-to-Target Mapping documents
  • Perform data analysis to validate provider data accuracy, completeness, and consistency across systems
  • Conduct defect and issue analysis, working with technical teams to identify root causes and drive resolution
  • Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT), including test case review, issue triage, and stakeholder sign-off
  • Act as a liaison between business and technical teams to ensure alignment throughout the project lifecycle
  • Document and communicate project status, risks, and issues to relevant stakeholders

Qualifications
Required
  • 4+ years of experience as a Systems Analyst within Healthcare Payer, specifically Medicare and Medicaid lines of business.
  • Expertise in the Provider domain, including provider data management and data quality processes.
  • Hands-on experience integrating provider data with the Facets platform for claims processing, including provider-to-member attachment logic.
  • Experience managing end-to-end workstreams, from requirements gathering and functional specification through implementation and UAT support.

  • Strong client-facing communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work across IT and business stakeholders, troubleshoot data issues, and drive delivery with minimal oversight.
