PDS Tech Commercial is partnering with a leader in the HVAC industry to hire a Business Data Analyst who thrives at the intersection of data, customer experience, and operational excellence. In this role, you’ll transform data into actionable insights, improve warranty processes, and help elevate service performance across a global network.


Your Impact

As a Business Data Analyst, you’ll play a key role in analyzing business operations, identifying trends, and recommending data-driven solutions that improve efficiency and customer satisfaction. Your work will directly support warranty operations, enhance service delivery, and influence strategic decision-making.


What You’ll Do

In this dynamic, customer-focused role, your responsibilities will include:

  • Perform routine business analysis using statistical methods, data mining, and predictive modeling

  • Interpret and translate business data into actionable insights and recommendations

  • Analyze warranty claims, customer interactions, and operational workflows to identify trends and improvement opportunities

  • Support the development and implementation of systems to capture and track business operations data

  • Respond to customer inquiries related to product registration, warranty coverage, and claim status

  • Document and maintain accurate records of customer interactions, cases, and resolutions

  • Provide support to distributor networks, dealers, and end-users with timely and accurate information
