The Data Analyst will have the chance to:

What do you need to succeed in this role?
  • Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field such as Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related discipline.
  • Minimum 2–4 years of experience as a Data Analyst or in a similar analytical role, preferably within the Finance/FX industry.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyze, and interpret data accurately.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to present analytical findings to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Experience gathering business requirements and translating them into reporting and analytical solutions.
  • Experience performing cohort analysis, funnel analysis, segmentation, retention analysis, and KPI performance monitoring.
  • Hands-on experience with data visualization tools (Power BI preferred).
  • Strong SQL skills and understanding of dimensional modeling concepts, semantic models, and how to consume data from existing star schemas.
  • Working knowledge of DAX and Power BI data modelling principles.
  • Demonstrated ability to independently translate ambiguous business questions into structured analytical approaches and actionable recommendations.
  • Attention to detail, curiosity, and a proactive approach to solving business problems.
  • Excellent command of English, both written and spoken.
  • Strong teamwork and collaboration skills.

  • Experience with statistical analysis and A/B testing concepts.
  • Basic knowledge of machine learning concepts and their business applications.
