You will build insightful dashboards, drive KPI clarity, and deliver ad hoc analyses that GTM and Operations teams rely on to make decisions.

You are turning data into actionable insights and decisions. • 2-4 years of experience in an analytics-focused role.

  • Strong SQL skills. You can independently query, validate, and explore data without engineer support.

  • Strong proficiency with at least one BI tool (Omni, Looker, Metabase, Tableau, or similar). You have built dashboards from scratch that people use to drive decisions.

  • Clear communicator with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

  • Proactively explores data independently to uncover hidden insights and opportunities that drive meaningful business improvements.

  • Enough familiarity with dbt and modern data stack concepts to collaborate effectively with data and engineering.
