  • Improve data quality, reporting processes, and analytics capabilities through automation and continuous improvement.

Minimum Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Analytics, Finance, Economics, Accounting, Statistics, Information Systems, or a related field

  • 2+ years of experience analyzing and interpreting data from multiple sources in a data analysis, business analysis, sales analytics, call center analytics, financial analysis, or similar analytical role

  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel

  • Experience building reports, dashboards, KPIs, and data visualizations using Power BI, Tableau, or similar business intelligence platforms

  • Experience analyzing business performance data and communicating findings through reports, dashboards, or presentations

Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience using SQL, Python, R, or similar data analysis tools

  • Experience analyzing marketing, sales, customer acquisition, lead generation, or call center performance metrics

  • Performance-based bonus opportunities

  • Comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, vision, life insurance, and 401(k)

  • Career growth opportunities within a rapidly expanding organization

  • Exposure to senior leaders and strategic business initiatives
