Systems Analyst 3 - Data Integration / ETL / Analytics

Location - Austin, TX (Hybrid: 3 Days Onsite - Tues/Wed/Fri)
Duration: 12 Months

Position Overview

The client is seeking an experienced Systems Analyst / Data Engineering professional to support the continued development of a Data Integration Hub within the Performance Management & Analytics System (PMAS) environment.

This role focuses heavily on:

  • ETL development using Informatica Power Center / IICS
  • Advanced Snowflake SQL
  • Data integration and dimensional modeling
  • Agile-based data engineering initiatives
  • Healthcare analytics and performance management systems

The consultant will collaborate closely with architects, data engineers, and business stakeholders to design, build, test, and support scalable analytics solutions.


Core Responsibilities
  • Build and maintain ETL mappings/workflows using Informatica Power Center or IICS
  • Develop advanced Snowflake SQL scripts, views, and materialized views
  • Integrate data from:
    • Oracle
    • SQL Server
    • Excel
    • Access
    • Adobe PDF
  • Support data warehouse and dimensional model development
  • Participate in Agile sprint ceremonies
  • Create epics, user stories, and technical documentation
  • Perform integration, load, and stress testing
  • Develop automation for validation and verification
  • Collaborate on data acquisition and architecture strategies
  • Support deployments and ongoing operational enhancements
  • Produce mockups and technical specifications
