About the Role

This is a senior, customer-facing measurement strategy role at a data infrastructure and analytics company building a complex market and media analysis platform for enterprise clients. You will partner with some of the world's leading brands to analyze the business impact of their advertising and help them optimize media investments. The role sits at a critical intersection across Commercial, Services Delivery, Product, Engineering, and Data Science teams, making it highly visible and cross-functional.

What You'll Do
  • Guide enterprise customers from measurement use case design through value realization across a suite of measurement solutions.

  • Partner with clients to develop Learning Agendas, including hypotheses, opportunity identification, and data-driven insights that inform marketing and media planning.

  • Act as a trusted product and media expert to drive adoption, deepen usage, and unlock future opportunities across customer accounts.

  • Build and maintain strong executive and operational relationships, earning trusted-advisor status with senior client stakeholders.

  • Identify and drive account growth opportunities including product expansion, analytics services, upsells, and renewals alongside Commercial team members.

  • Contribute to thought leadership through whitepapers, case studies, and internal and external initiatives.

What We're Looking For
  • 10+ years of customer-facing, consultative account management experience at a SaaS, AdTech, media agency, or digital media services firm.

  • 5+ years working as a measurement strategist, marketing analyst, or data analyst in media, advertising, or marketing-mix measurement environments.

  • 6+ years in marketing analytics covering media, customer, digital, and big data, including campaign management, experimental design, and performance optimization.

  • Demonstrated expertise in media measurement methodologies, attribution modeling, and incrementality testing frameworks.

  • Proven experience delivering measurement strategy and analytics insights to enterprise-level brand and agency clients in a consulting or advisory capacity.

  • Advanced SQL proficiency for data extraction, transformation, and analysis.

  • Experience designing and executing experimentation frameworks, A/B testing, or incrementality studies.

  • Proficiency with statistical analysis and data visualization tools such as Python, R, Tableau, Looker, or equivalent.

  • Hands-on experience with marketing-mix modeling (MMM) or multi-touch attribution (MTA) platforms and methodologies.

  • Deep understanding of the advertising technology ecosystem, including TV, DMPs, DSPs, SSPs, ad servers, and publishers.

  • Experience working with large-scale datasets and complex data warehouse environments.

  • Familiarity with customer data platforms (CDPs) or identity resolution in advertising contexts is a plus.

  • Background in management or strategy consulting with media or marketing clients is a plus.

Compensation & Benefits

This is a W2 contract engagement with an hourly rate of $65/hr (approximately $135,200 annually). The contract term is one year. Visa sponsorship is available for all visa types.

Location

Candidates should be based in or able to work from Little Rock, AR, San Francisco, CA, New York, NY, or Seattle, WA. Remote work is available for exceptional candidates. All candidates must be available to work in Pacific Standard Time (PST).
