About the Role

You’ll be a Senior Data Analyst focused on reporting and analytics initiatives for clients, collaborating with Customer Success, Product, and Engineering teams. You’ll translate data from modern data collaboration tools into actionable insights that support decision‑making and optimization.

What You'll Do
  • Develop visualizations, dashboards, and reports to help clients understand their data and make data-driven decisions.

  • Lead measurement initiatives by defining KPIs and learning plans aligned with marketing objectives.

  • Design and deploy analytics systems, tools, and frameworks for scalable analysis across use cases.

  • Analyze customer data to surface insights, answer key business questions, and identify optimization opportunities.

  • Design observational analytics approaches, including multi‑dimensional data mining and experimental methods.

  • Work with customer stakeholders to gather requirements, communicate findings, and build relationships.

  • Present insights to both business and technical audiences, translating complex analyses for diverse stakeholders.

  • Collaborate with Product and Engineering to understand measurement products and inform new analytical offerings.

What We're Looking For
  • 9+ years of experience in analytics or data science, with expertise in measurement and attribution.

  • Strong CS fundamentals with proficiency in SQL and Python; experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Metabase, Tableau, Looker).

  • Experience building and maintaining analytics dashboards, reporting frameworks, and data models; excellent client-facing communication skills.

  • Background in AdTech or related data analytics domains; familiarity with TV analytics is a plus.

  • Ability to translate customer requirements into analytical solutions and present to diverse audiences.

Compensation & Benefits

Salary: USD 135,200+ annually (range provided by employer). Visa sponsorship: not available.

Work arrangement: on-site or remote (hybrid); primary location is Little Rock, Arkansas, United States. Must be available during Pacific Time business hours where applicable.
