This is a self-driven, hands-on role for someone who's excited to apply AI in ways that actually move the needle. You'll have guidance and mentorship from leadership, but the research, prototyping, and execution will be on you. This role is based in Little Rock, Arkansas, with a hybrid work structure (part remote, part on-site).
